Influenced by the individual people and mind developing regularity, the adolescence time, as well as the instability of emotional development are all in the most individual period of rapid development time in one's life. Youth group at this time are restricted by their age and experience, feel weak in the face of setback, so in the situation of frustration, social support is very necessary. At the same time, the academic achievement also has an important significance for teenagers,which is regarded as the measurement of adolescent behavioral problems. Comprehensive above this considerations, this article embarks from the academic performance, discusses Adversity Quotient, the influence of social support on academic achievement, the understanding of the relationship among them, and also provide education suggestions for how to improve the level of students' academic development.Therefore, this article make a specific research through the questionnaire survey of 310 high school students, to find out the relation between social support and the academic performance of students.Through the study of the statistics and analysis of the collected data, to test the hypothesis of this article. The results are as followed:(1) In academic performance and Adversity Quotient and significant gender differences,the conclusion shows that: there is an significant difference in language and gender, girls than boys.Control and significant gender differences, boys than girls;(2) In academic achievement and social support on the presence of the cadre identity shows an remarkable differences. For former cadres as individual, more active use of support around, get better grades, not served as cadres as individuals, by contrast,(3) The language achievement and the social support and its correlation significantly between various factors, and other subjects related to social support;(4) Between Adversity Quotient and and academic performance is not related, so there is no intermediary effect exist in these two factors;(5) social support and their related between each factor and the Adversity Quotient and and its each factor significantly;(6) social support to academic achievement has the certain effect.According to the results of this article, based on the certain theoretical knowledge and discusses the literature, analysis on the cause of the conclusion deeply,around to make a deep discussion on how to improve the students' mental quotient level and social support level, promote the students to make the bigger of all kinds of support to improve the grades, and also put forward proposals for education. Finally, the deep reflection the limitation and deficiency of the article, and make prospect for future research.
