Science and technology has more and more influence on human, human is becoming more and more dependent on technology. Using multimedia technology in teaching has been the mainstream of Chinese education in different stages of the model, the teaching activity of teachers and students are the subject and object. Since multimedia technology applied in teaching, compared with the traditional way of teaching, primary school education subject in cognitive, great changes have taken place in the subjects of primary school teachers and students has caused substantial impact, not only to promote teachers' teaching content more vividly, and stimulate the learning interest of students. Therefore, to explore the effect of multimedia technology to the primary school education main body cognition, has important theoretical significance and far-reaching practical significance.This research are analyzed from the points of view of technology using multimedia technology to the primary school education main body cognitive effects, for the reason of the positive and negative effect of cognitive analysis and reflection, enrich the theory of philosophy of technology used in theory, the result was added to the relevant studies and perfect.This study found that: First, the multimedia technology has affected the elementary school teachers' attention, have influence on elementary school teacher's intentionality and concentration; Second, multimedia technology has affected the elementary school teachers' perception, including teachers' perception of students and the teacher of class situation information discrimination; Third, the multimedia technology shaped the thinking of elementary school teachers, to strengthen the teachers' teaching reflection and decision-making ability, improve the teachers' ability to solve problems; Fourth, multimedia technology has affected the pupil's attention and encourage children's intentional change, improve the children pay attention to the concentration; Fifth, multimedia technology has affected the elementary student's imagination, prompting elementary student's appearance is rich, have stimulated interest in primary school students to imagine; Sixth, multimedia technology has affected the elementary student's thinking, including the specific image thinking and abstract logical thinking; Seventh, multimedia technology has affected the elementary student's memory, not only improve the efficiency of the primary memory, and development of the abstract memory of students. Due to the primary school education is the golden stage of the training ground, a lot of learning habits, learning interest, learning self-confidence, personality, etc are formed in the primary stage.This paper argues that eventually lead to the multimedia technology is the change of education main body cognitive result, this change was generally positive, upward, that is to say, the multimedia technology to promote the cognition of the subject, to speed up the cognition, increase the accuracy of the cognitive, expand cognitive capacity, causing the totality of human cognitive level on improving, finally promote the progress of human civilization. But the cognitive dissonance of multimedia technology and other issues also cannot ignore, needs the correct guidance of technological value theory, the dialectical analysis of the multimedia technology and the relationship of education subject, trying to realize harmonious coexistence of human and technology and the world, the technology of the unity of instrumental and humanism, to instrumental optimization technology value and technology environment, with the development of humanity continue frame technology direction, not lost and alienation, which helps people's survival state and the improvement of quality of life. Therefore, this research results to the competent administrative department for education for the primary school, school leaders, parents of students, primary school teachers and students I provide theoretical guidance, the multimedia technology to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, the influence of give full play to the service function of education of science and technology.
