Recently, with the development of the cartoon industry in China, the cartoon industry has aroused widely attention, and there are a plouse of cartoon companies comes into being under the government's support. In all, cartoon industry in China has great potential develoment, and cartoon companies have great many of chances to improve. However, compare with the American cartoon industry, Japanese cartoon industry and Korean cartoon industry, the Chinese cartoon industry has reveal some problems to solve, such as market chaos with relevant laws, low brand impacts. In fact, the Magic is a typical one with these kinds of problems. Therefore, in order to enhance the brand impact of the Magic, we take the Magic carton as the research sample, and analyze the integrated marketing strategy of Magic Carton Company.Firstly, this paper combined with the integrated marketing theory as well as the domestic and foreign animation enterprise practice. Secondly, through the analysis of Magic marketing status and external environment, from the Hunan Golden Eagle cartoon and Magic Company, the marketing situation of Magic products, Magic marketing environment, Magic cartoon marketing problems and reasons. SWOT Magic analyses of the five aspects were analyzed. Based on the an alysis of connotation and strategic target of Magic cartoon integrated marketing, marketing strategy and Magic integrated marketing suggestions. The analysis of Magic integrated implementation and effect of the marketing strategy, including marketing strategy for the implementation of Magic the integration steps, Magic integrated measures to guarantee the implementation of marketing strategy, the expected effect of marketing strategy for the implementation of Magic cartoon integrated.This paper study on the integration of marketing strategy and strategy implementation steps of Magic, the implementation of the above integrated marketing strategy, Magic is expected to achieve animation brand effect, establish a multi-channel sales model, and expand the Magic market, in order to establish Magic market competitiveness.
