Study On The Aesthetics Features And Values Of Design Of Porcelain In 'Jiangyou' In Song Dynasty

This paper try to decode the ancient wisdom of the Creator, enlighten contemporary Innovative thinking, and create appliance which contains creating healthy living concept and fit to the modern society by correlation of intelligentsia lifestyle and Literati class ideology in Song Dynasty, In the mold of the porcelain in Jiangyou region(right of the Ganjiang River), then, explore the value of the design concept of ceramics in Jiangyou area during Song Dynasty. We advocate a green and healthy lifestyle.‘Jiangyou'takes up a prominent place in the culture and art field. Jiangyou Culture is a climax of traditional Chinese culture and philosophy while Jiangyou Porcelain is an example of the heritage of porcelain art. Porcelain in Song Dynasty is elegant, beautiful and modest and repeatedly replicated by artists in later dynasties.Object of this study is the ceramics of Song Dynasty in Jiangyou area, Around its aesthetic features and design concept. firstly, this paper recalls the history of the origin and development, the firing process, the status and role of ceramic and summarizes it. Then, we attempts to analyze the relation between Song Porcelain style and Idealism, a Confucian school of idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming Dynasties and the aesthetic values in the glaze, shape and ornamentation of the Jiangyou Porcelain, with a view to studying the influence of Idealism on the style of porcelain during Song Dynasty.Above all, after all the discussion we can conclude from the cultural connotation to discuss the value of design concept of ceramics in Jiangyou during Song Dynasty:first, aesthetic fashion; Second, the social wealth; Third, innovative environment.
