Ecological immigrant in Three river area is a complex project involves the area ecological restoration, production and living and protection of folk culture. Tibetans in pastoral areas left their grassland which they lived for generations, and settled in cities which have diversity cultures and fast-paced life. In order to adapt to the local life and meet the demand for the development of themselves, their original material, system and spirit culture is changing quietly and variously.The cultural transitions of Tangula Tibetan immigrant miniatures the cultural transitions of the whole pastoral areas immigration. This paper takes folk culture of Tangula Tibetan immigrant as the research object by adopting the combination of field survey and literature research methods, describing the present folk culture status of Tangula Tibetan immigrant. We should analyze reasons and characteristics of this kind of folk culture under theories of cultural change and acculturation.From deep analysis in cultural change and development history of Tangula Tibetan immigrant, we knows that the process of folk cultural adaptation equals to the transitions progress of pastoral area's folk culture under the background of immigrants. Any cultural formation and development is the inheritance and creation, dominant changes of pastoral area's folk culture often exists with recessive changes. Folk culture is the foundation of existence and development of a nation; it contains the wisdom and creativity of this nation. So it has vital significance to study the folk culture transitions of pastoral area immigrants, it can help those pastoral area immigrants to adapt to local life and protect, inherit their traditional culture; it also can help the government to formulate feasible ecological immigration policies...
