| Rainstorm exposure refers to the individuals' exposure to rainstorm.Psychological adjustment refers to when the external environment changes,individuals will do some certain reaction by self-regulating system to make their mental and behavior in line with the changing environment and their own development requirements,and then the body and the environment will achieve a new balance.Resilience is individuals' stable personality,which can help for individual's successful self-regulation and adaptation in face of disaster.In order to examine the relationship between rainstorm exposure and psychological adjustment and the Moderator Effect of Resilience,This paper is based on the review of rainstorm exposure,resilience and psychological adjustment and use “Adolescents' Rainstorm Exposure Scale”,“Resilience Scale” and “Psychological Adjustment Scale” to do research on the students of10 middle schools in Anhui,Shanghai,Jiangsu provinces,tested the situation of adolescents' rainstorm exposure and discussed the relationship among rainstorm exposure,psychological adjustment and resilience.The data was processed by SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0,the main conclusions are as follow:(1)In this paper,the rainstorm exposure scale consists of 17 questions and they belong to negative emotional experience,infrastructure damage and daily life influence these three dimensions and the reliability and validity of“Rainstorm Exposure Scale” all reached the requirements of psychometric,can be used as a tool for the measurement of adolescents' rainstorm exposure.(2)The level of adolescents' rainstorm exposure was medium and there were significant differences in gender,grade,whether only child,the family location,parents' marital transportation to and from school,readiness for rainstorm,rainstorm scope,rainstorm from the time now(it refers to the time when rainstorm occur to questionnaire,the same below).(3)Adolescents' rainstorm exposure and psychological adjustment were significantly negative correlated.Negative emotional experience and theinfluence of daily life of the rainstorm exposure can negatively predict psychological adjustment;resilience and psychological adjustment were significantly correlated,three dimensions of resilience just as tenacity,strength and optimism will positively predict psychological adjustment.(4)In the relationship between negative emotional experience and psychological adjustment,optimism plays a negative moderator role,In the relationship between influence of daily life and psychological adjustment,resilience plays a negative moderator role. |
