This article explores the relationship among high school students' psychological stress,resilience,anxiety and the moderating effect of resilience.And from the perspective of cognitive behavior,the group counseling program is formulated to explore the effectiveness of group counseling in improving the level of senior high school students' psychological resilience,thus improving the level of senior high school students' psychological health.This paper is divided into two studies.the first study uses the perceptual stress scale,the adolescent resilience scale,and the state anxiety questionnaire to test the grade one and two students in the No.1 high school of kuandian Manchu autonomous county,and uses SPSS 17.0Chinese version of data analysis software to process the data.Research 2 will integrate theory with practice in the intervention phase of group counseling,the intervention plan will be prepared from the perspective of cognitive behavior and the five factors of the adolescent resilience scale to improve the level of senior high school students' resilience in a targeted way.The main conclusions of this article are as follows: first,there is no difference in psychological stress among high school students of different genders and grades;There are significant differences in psychological pressure among senior high school students from different classes,different liberal arts disciplines,and different places of origin.the specific manifestation is that the psychological pressure of senior high school students from ordinary classes is greater than that of senior high school students from key classes,the psychological pressure of senior high school students from science classes is greater than that of liberal arts classes,and the psychological pressure of senior high school students from rural areas is greater than that of senior high school students from cities.Secondly,there is no difference in the level of resilience among high school students of different genders and origins.The level of senior high school students' resilience is significantly different in the demographic variables of grade,class type,and arts and sciences.the specific performance is that the level of resilience of senior high school students in grade 2 is higher than that of senior high school students in grade 1,that of senior high school students in key classes is higher than that of senior high school students inordinary classes,and that of senior high school students in arts classes is higher than that of senior high school students in science classes.Thirdly,there is no difference in anxiety level among high school students of different sex,grade and place of origin.The anxiety level of senior high school students has significant differences in class types and demographic variables of arts and sciences.the specific performance is that the anxiety level of senior high school students in ordinary classes is higher than that of key classes,and that of senior high school students in science classes is higher than that of liberal arts classes.Fourthly,there is a significant correlation between high school students' psychological stress,psychological resilience and anxiety state,in which psychological stress and anxiety state show positive correlation,while psychological resilience and psychological stress and anxiety state show negative correlation.Fifthly,senior high school students' resilience plays an adjusting role between psychological stress and anxiety.Sixthly,the group counseling program guided by cognitive behavior theory can significantly improve the level of senior high school students' psychological resilience.
