The Interventional Study Of Psycho-scene-drama's Cognitive Emotion Regulation Effect On Prisoners

Psycho-scene-drama as a creative psychotherapy,it emphasizes the spontaneity and creativity of people themselves.The people in psycho-scene-drama should via the way of role play to reappear the real-life scenes and experiences of people in performances.This measure can facilitate person's growth,stimulate people's creative potential from greatest extent,of course this method can encourage people to face challenges and opportunities effectively.This research had do some interventional to prisoners by means of writing script of Psycho-scene-drama in jail,and the aim of study was to discuss the influence of psycho-scene-drama to prisoners' cognitive emotion regulation.The research had collected datum of prisoners' psychological condition by some ways,such as psychological condition questionnaires of 200 prisoners,chatting with 20 prisoners and some communications with jailers,instructors who were good at psycho-scene-drama.Then the script of prison's psycho-scene-drama would be created.First,prisoners should filled Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire;Next,we used the method of the high and low grouping to select 18 prisoners who had troubles in cognitive emotion regulation as research subjects.The participants were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,and each group had 9 participants.The subjects in experimental group were interposed by acting psycho-scene-drama 8 times in one month,the control group did not do any interventions on the contrary.We would do a comprehensive assessment to participants via questionnaire,interview and behavior observation before intervention,and after intervention,we would do the same thing again.After intervention,the data of experimental group had changed.The score of adaptive strategy in questionnaire had increased significantly(p<0.05),the Positive Reappraisal factor and Plan Refocusing factor had reached significance level(p<0.05).It showed that intervention was beneficial for improving adaptation of prisoners' cognitive emotion regulation.From the other aspect,the score of non-adaptive strategy in questionnaire had decreased significantly(p<0.05),the dimensions of Self-blame and Condemnation had decreased remarkably(p<0.05).It illustrated that intervention was good for perfecting non-adaptation of prisoners' cognitive emotion regulation.The case analysis and behavior observation also testified the effectiveness of psycho-scene-drama's intervention on some degrees.From the other side,according to the two CERQ-C results,the control group had no significance differences.The prisoners' behavior observation also showed no obvious changes.The research demonstrated that psycho-scene-drama had interventional effect on prisoners' cognitive emotion regulation.The psycho-scene-drama psychotherapy as an effective therapy could be used in criminals' psychological remedy,and this new kind of psychotherapy should be spread after combining jail's real situation in our county.
