Application Of Psycho-scene-drama To Improve College Students' Sense Of Life Meaning

This research use the method of psycho-scene-drama,according to the interview result,taking students' sense of life meaning as example to explore the effect of psycho-scene-drama.Firstly,we should verify the validity and the reliability of meaning of life scale which revised by Yin Meiqi.Secondly,we investigate for more than 700 students from three different types of colleges and universities in heilongjiang province.Then,we recruit 64 college students who scores between 92-112 in the meaning of life scale.Referring to the small sample experiment for grouping subjects,we use paired sample T test to analyze within the group and between the group result before and after the test and tracking test.Meanwhile,we discuss the effect of the psycho-scene-drama.Finally,we draw the following conclusions.(1)Through the verification,we prove that the meaning of life scale which revised by Yin Meiqi has good reliability and validity.(2)The research result shows that the level of the college students' sense of life meaning is not good.In different gender,different grade,different professionals,whether the one-child dimension,whether have love experience,whether have body illness,college students' life meaning feeling difference was significant.In different family residence,whether contact with other death,college students' life meaning feeling difference was not significant.(3)The level of college students' sense of life meaning can be improved according to the psycho-scene-drama.The effect of psycho-scene-drama can be lasted for a month.The level of college students' sense of life meaning can be improved effectively according to the psycho-scene-drama.It also provide a new technology and method for college students' mental health education.(4)The curative effect factor of psycho-scene-drama are the related technologies of psycho-scene-drama,the support and encouragement of leader,the summary and sharing,good community atmosphere,etc.
