Research On Human Sustainable Development

Human Development has always been the most attractive topics of philosophical research, Human Sustainable Development is a new topic of Human Development. In recent years, although there are some scholars studying Human Sustainable Development, and has made some achievements. However, from the overall perspective, it is still at its preliminary stages, and studies of many issues need to be urgently deepened, especially from the perspective of the Humanism. This thesis studies the Human Sustainable Development from the Marxist Humanism, and hope to having some results.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the connotation and characteristics of the Human Sustainable Development. From the time point of view, the Human Sustainable Development is the development of the whole of one,s life; From the space point of view, the Human Sustainable Development is the development of the comprehensive; From the type point of view, the Human Sustainable Development is the development of the quality of human type; From the view of the relationship with nature, society, the Human Sustainable Development is the environment and human and natural harmonious development. Human Sustainable Development has the characteristics of inherently, comprehensiveness, sustainability, future and so on. Though they are different, Human Sustainable Development and Sustainable Development, Human Development, Human Comprehensive Development are closely connected with each other.The second part discusses the necessity and possibility of the Human Sustainable Development. It shows that Human Sustainable Development is the need for personal growth, personal happiness and social development. The possibility of Human Sustainable Development lies in two parts. Part 1: Human's subjectivity function is the fundamental guarantee and the subjective conditions to achieve Human Sustainable Development; Part 2: Social development is the objective conditions and important basis for Human Sustainable Development.The third part studies the problems and causes of Human Sustainable Development. The main problems of Human Sustainable Development are: keeping heavy view on educational background and light view on ability, leading to human competency is not enough for sustainable development; keeping heavy view on occupation and light view on cause, leading to the cause of Human Sustainable Development, lack of motivation; keeping heavy view on school education and light view on incumbency education, resulting in continuing education lags for Human Sustainable Development. Forcing school heavy, light active learning, self-awareness of Human Sustainable Development is poor. Reasons for the formation of these problems lies to: the negative effects of the market economy; adverse effects of examination-oriented education; biased evaluation of the disadvantages of the employer; reading habits is not enough.On the fourth part analyzes the basic path of promoting Human Sustainable Development. Pointing that the main way to achieving Human Sustainable Development were: setting consciousness of lifelong learning; improving the innovation ability; developing quality education; establishment of a learning-type society; putting forth effort to advance people's modernization; developing the productive forces vigorously and construction of ecological civilization.
