Sustainable Development Countermeasures Research Of National Geopark In Sichuan Province

Geopark is dominated by rare geological landscapes and gather geologicalscience, ecological-landscape and cultural-landscape as one of the natural park.Through the establishment of the Geopark to take effective protection of geologicalheritage is the common practice of worldwide. China has a vast variety ofgeographical environment, the wide distribution of geological heritage, and is one ofthe few country that have so many geological heritage in the world. At present,China’s geological park is in the rise period of the construction and development,at theend of2011, the total number of the national geological park is218, theestablishment of these geological park have played a positive role:it is the way toprotection of geological heritage, the way to learn the popularization of knowledge,the way to development of the local economy.Sichuan Province, have a total of16national geological parks, accounting for7%of the national geological parks, has the largest Geopark number among the otherprovince of China,so it geological park development has its own specialty, the studyof its development model of the geological construction of the park has importantreference and guiding significance in China. Geopark historical experience andlessons of the geological development tell us the park must take aconservation-oriented development model, passing the path of sustainabledevelopment.Paper combined with the specific instance of the Sichuan Dabashan NationalGeopark,and to conduct a comprehensive collation and research on the literature ofChina National Geological Park and National Geopark in Sichuan Province on thebasis of empirical research. Paper first summarizes the development status and its overall features of the National Geopark in Sichuan Province, and in deep thinking ofthe main problems in the construction and development; On this basis, from thetheoretical and practical aspect to specific analysis the Geopark sustainabledevelopment of protection, development and management, then reference theadvanced experience of foreign geological park construction, and give the suggestionsfor sustainable development of "coordination development and Protection","rationalpolicy-making and strengthen the implementation","perfect management system ofgeological parks","establish Geopark special fund","to build the province’s geoparksNetwork ".The paper is divided into six parts.The first part of the main topics is summarized and generalized this article’s,research background, technical route, purpose and significance of domestic andinternational research status.The second part is the emergence and development of the China NationalGeological Park, in-depth analysis of the background information, focusing on theprocess of the establishment of China National Geological Park.The third part is to understand the basis of the development process of China’sNational Geological Park in Sichuan Province. then summarized the generalcharacteristics of the National Geopark in Sichuan Province; study and analysis ofachievement in the National Geopark in Sichuan Province at this stage.The fourth part focuses on the special background of the National Geopark inSichuan Province to identify the drawbacks of the Sichuan national geological parksin the construction of the development process, and impact of its principalcontradiction of sustainable development.The part fifth is targeted the specific situation in Sichuan Province, withreference to foreign Geopark successful experience， give the sustainabledevelopment strategies and recommendations of the National Geopark in SichuanProvince.The sixth part is choose the Daba Mountain National Geological Park as theresearch object, thinking of the main problems in the development of the DabaMountain National Geological Park, and from the theoretical and operational aspect togive the sustainability development strategies and implement recommendations of thepark.
