Postmodernism begins in the 1970 s throughout the world. It em erged as a cultural ideological trend, the most obvious feature is the deconstructi on and subversion of traditional and class ical. Whether in artistic concep tion or cre ation technique, postmodernism is the inheritance and develo pment of modernism, to reflect on the modernism and the emergence of a critique and a cultural zeitgeist.The rise of postm odern also drives the m ovie art into the po stmodern elements, it as the image of a postmodern thinking mode. In newspaper reviews, we can see a lot of experts and scholars m entioned "postmodern films", it is an im portant research direction of the contemporary film. However, in so many comments about "postmodern movies", but almost no word of it, they are usually involves only a certain aspects of postmodern characteristics about films, but there is no exact instructions after "postmodern film s" is refers to the modern. In spite of this, we can still, from the perspective of the postmodern lite rature, to analyze the postmodern elements in the movie.Film is the art of narrative, its creation is dependent on the narr ative structure, the selection of subject m atter as well as the present form of audio-visual language. Then modernist features embodied in the film is to subvert the trad itional subject choice, fragmented narrative means, parodying forms, eliminate the trad itional film of shallow and modern green, is fit to do.From work, this paper aim s to com bine theory knowledge of postm odern characteristics that exist in the movie. As postmodernism is the definition of fuzzy, we also have no way to def ine "postmodernism film". What will m atter is not def ined, but to understand the existence of the postmodern elem ent in the film, which is the m ain purpose of this article.
