In Modern Chinese Dictionary(Sixth Edition),we totally find "1468" "V+N" type disyllable nouns.The quantity of it is numerous, the lexical and semantic characteristic is prominent, but the academic circles is very little. This paper intends to make a comprehensive analysis of the lexical structure and semantic relations of "V+N", and to explain that people how to constructe and understand the "V+N" nouns from the perspective of cognitive linguistics.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter and last chapter is the introduction and conclusion the paper.In the second chapter, In the second chapter,firstly we define the grammatical attributes of the morpheme. Then it is found that "V+N"type nouns can be divided into two types: "Partial normal " type and the "Verb object "type. In the third chapter, we have carried out three kinds of semantic classification on"V+N" type disyllable nouns. According to the semantic relations between the morpheme,we respectively analyze the semantic types of Noun morpheme, the semantic types of Verb morpheme, and the semantic types of nouns.In the fourth chapter, we analyze the construction and solution of a general cognitive mechanism of "disyllabic nouns. The cognitive mechanism hsa four types: metaphor and metonymy mechanism,mechanism of schema and conceptual integration mechanism. These four kinds of cognitive mechanism of partial formal "mobile" terms are applicable, but the people in the construction and interpretation of the verb object type "a" noun "is mainly the use of metonymy"..In the fifth chapter, we further to the components of "V+N" nouns to make a category of it from the original meaning,and summarize the dispatched morpheme and the relationship between the meaning of a noun or verb with the whole "V+N" nouns meaning.
