Research On The Application Of Digital Music In Movie And Television Sound

During the silent film era after the World War I, sound is like a king standing majestically, always declining the visit of the screen. Until 1927, the Europeans broke the silence for the first time, which made that year a milestone in the industry-for the first time, sound and film come together presenting a form of art that is brand-new and comprehensive with the combination of visual and auditory. The birth of digital sound based on computer platform are able to provide various methods, concepts and technology for the creation of film and television sound, which is where this study originated from.Since its birth, film and television sound is difficult to explore and unpredictable. From generation to generation, it leads the creators to rethink about the role that the sound plays in the visual world. The creators have always been trying to expand the use of film and television sound elements, breaking the restraints of tonality in the traditional method, re-harmonizing the wider world of it. This paper attempts to: 1) analyze the characteristics and techniques of digital music and noise in the creative process of film and television sound in the computer environment; 2) discuss in depth about the new contents and concepts that digital music and noise creation has brought; 3) how these contents and concepts influence the creation of film and television in return. We hope that the research conducted in this paper can benefit the creation of digital and television sound in the computer environment.
