Study On The Construction Of Rural Cultural And People's Livelihood In China

Culture and people's livelihood construction is an important part of the construction of people's livelihood. With China's economic and social reform and promote people's living needs to solve in general, to meet the people's demand for cultural life is the core content of the cultural construction of people's livelihood increasingly put on the social construction of the important agenda. For a long time, China's rural economic and culture in a relatively backward state, and thus the cultural and livelihood of the people in rural areas is more urgent and arduous. Rural cultural construction of people's livelihood is not only an important part of the construction of socialist culture and power, is the inherent requirement of the socialist new rural construction, sharing concept of development and people-oriented concept of value in the socialist modernization construction and embodiment. At present, to strengthen rural cultural construction of people's livelihood, is to make the process of cultural construction and development results to benefit every farmer masses, meet the basic needs of farmers, promote the healthy development of the cultural life of the masses of peasants. At this stage, China's rural cultural construction of people's livelihood is still not enough attention, lack of cultural products, the system is not perfect, the lack of capacity and other issues, hindering the construction of rural culture and people's livelihood.This article is for the purpose of starting from the practical needs of the development of people's livelihood culture in the countryside of China, analysis of current our country rural cultural people's livelihood status in the research and learn from cultural Marxism people's livelihood thought resources and reference based on the experience of the rural culture construction, and then explore the contemporary Chinese rural culture and the construction of people's livelihood countermeasures. According to this idea, this paper first describes the significance of culture of the people's livelihood, basic connotation, characteristics and basic content of Marx's thought of people's livelihood and culture for the people's livelihood construction; the second part from the demand of cultural development, cultural needs, cultural rights and interests demand, create cultural needs and other aspects of analysis of rural cultural livelihood needs of China's current situation the stage and the main problems of our current cultural livelihood construction; the third part of the paper, in-depth study of beneficial practice of rural cultural construction at home and abroad, analyzed the experience and Enlightenment; finally, from the concept of promotion, subject construction, resource integration, system construction and other aspects of the thinking path of the construction of the current rural cultural livelihood in China.
