| People have many rights,including political rights,economic rights,and social rights.The author is talking about cultural rights in this article.Cultural rights are different from political rights and economic rights.Cultural rights are high-quality rights that enable people to live better and more dignified lives.They often reflect the importance of a country’s human rights.In the new era,the party and the state advocate meeting the new expectations of the people for a better life.The essence is to allow the people to enjoy extensive cultural rights and interests.As a new concept,cultural rights are different from cultural rights.They are the sum of cultural rights and cultural benefits.Only when cultural rights and cultural benefits occur simultaneously can the meaning of cultural rights be reflected.The content of people’s cultural rights in the new era is different from the content of basic cultural rights,and more emphasis is placed on the rights to participate in national fitness and competitive sports activities,the rights to enjoy high-quality literary works,the rights to a healthy online cultural environment,and the rights to conduct cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,which embodies the people’s higher-quality cultural aspirations and spiritual yearning.Politics has national boundaries,and culture knows no boundaries.The open and inclusive nature of culture determines that the protection of cultural rights is destined to be a difficult project.At the same time,the concealment of culture makes the protection of people’s cultural rights more difficult,especially in some Western countries under the guise of “democracy” and “human rights”.Through the strategy of ideological penetration,it attempts to launch a new “color revolution” and disrupt the new international human rights order.In the new era,my country,as the world’s largest developing country,has the responsibility and obligation to pursue a path of cultural rights protection suitable for the development of human civilization.This road does not differentiate by country,race,or skin color,and does not advocate “one country dominating”.It is a road of cultural development that all people jointly build,govern and share,and benefit all people.Based on this,based on the basic national conditions of our country,this article attempts to discuss the protection of people’s cultural rights and interests in the new era from the following five parts:Part I:introduction.This is the most basic part of this thesis,but it cannot be ignored.Only by knowing yourself and the enemy can you win every battle.After comprehensive consideration of the domestic and international environment in this part,the author focuses on the basis for the topic selection and research significance,research status,research ideas and methods to distinguish it from Western discourse.Only by jumping out of the traditional research stereotypes can we achieve advancement with the times.Therefore,the author will also point out the innovations and shortcomings of the thesis in this part for scholars to criticize and correct.Part II:an overview of the protection of people’s cultural rights in the new era.Firstly,define the basic concepts of “two pairs” and clarify the subject terms of the article;secondly,focus on the content of cultural rights and interests that need to be protected in the new era,so as to highlight the characteristics of the times.Part III:the theoretical basis for the protection of people’s cultural rights in the new era.This part is an important theoretical basis for the selection of this thesis.It will reflect the nature of socialism from three aspects: Marxist theoretical basis,sociological basis,legal basis.Part IV:the reality of the protection of people’s cultural rights in the new era.This part will deeply analyze my country’s achievements in the protection of people’s cultural rights and interests at this stage,the problems it faces,and the causes of existing problems,from both the ‘external’ and ‘internal’aspects.Part V:the realization path of people’s cultural rights protection in the new era.The author breaks the guarantee path based on Marxist theory discipline tradition,integrates political science,management science,law and other multidisciplinary knowledge,from the four aspects of guarantee mode,guarantee concept,guarantee environment and guarantee method,designed for the country and the people in an all-round way.A set of security system,in order to make the people’s cultural rights and interests protection work truly take root.The protection of cultural rights and interests is a systematic and comprehensive project that requires the concerted efforts of multiple departments and joint implementation.There are two main points of innovation in the article: One is the new perspective of the subject.The article integrates political science,sociology,law,Marxist theory and other disciplines,and designs a more comprehensive plan for the protection of people’s cultural rights and interests.The second is new academic viewpoints.In Chapter 5,the article puts forward the idea of
