Entering the new century,with the vigorous development of the cause of pre-school,pre-professional has become one of the popular professional institutions of higher learning.More than ten years,all institutions of higher learning to cultivate,transport a large number of outstanding talent preschool teacher,has won wide acclaim early childhood education,child care parents and the community.Currently,the early childhood education market saturation has not yet reached the point where talent,talent for preschool still has great demand.Thus,each of the pre-professional vocational institutions have maintained close to 100 percent employment rate.However,we see a favorable situation also should have a sense of urgency,the potential problems noted good form behind: First,one day,pre-professional talent demand is also likely to reach saturation situation,each in vocational Preschool Education institutions should take precautions,this morning,to enhance the development of the educational quality of plans,policies,in order to cope with possible future talent needs preschool saturation crisis;Second preschool graduates,vocational institutions in the face of Vocational Institute schools,colleges graduates of pre-professional competitive situation,and how we can strengthen,highlighting their strengths to successfully achieve high-quality employment,which is placed in front of the faculty of preschool education in vocational colleges deserve a deep thinking,inquiry subject.In view of the current pre-school education in vocational schools teaching professional music teaching practice of partial weak status quo,I believe,to overcome the weaknesses of the "bottlenecks" of the place,it can effectively promote the development of vocational teaching preschool education reform can be effective enhance vocational pre-professional music teaching quality.Therefore,I chose the "employment-oriented vocational colleges under the pre-professional music studies curriculum" as the subject,to be based on field research,to seek to promote vocational pre-professional musical direction from curriculum development aspects of teaching practice the ideas and methods.The introduction is the research content research background,discusses the current research,research methods,features and innovation,a brief analysis of the contents of thisstudy: The subject carried out mainly through the following aspects.The first chapter is the status quo in vocational schools pre-professional music teaching analysis,combined with the music teaching in vocational colleges to carry out three of the status quo,school music teaching curriculum analysis of students' learning content and emotional bottom,teacher quality and team teaching methods,curriculum content appraisal,graduate employment situation analysis.The second chapter on the basis of the previous field research on the current vocational colleges Preschool Music Course in the problems of the sort,mainly in the following aspects: first vocational schools in pre-professional music teaching homogeneity of conduct and college music curriculum significantly,the second early childhood music teaching practice courses are quite outdated content,third Kindermusik class curriculum teaching method are quite outdated,the relative lack fourth musical aesthetics and culture courses,the first five teachers lack self-developed school-based curriculum.The third chapter is an improvement in vocational schools Preschool Music Course measures and strategies aimed at the previous chapter five-point strategy to deal with the problem.First,adjust the curriculum,requirements and features prominent vocational music education,early childhood music teaching second efforts to increase the proportion of practice courses,with new teaching methods to enrich early childhood music teaching method courses,appropriate additional music aesthetics and fourth cultural courses,fifth encourage music teachers developed school-based music courses.The conclusion is a summary of the full swing.
