Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Chinese Film Production Enterprises

Film production enterprises are the core of the film industry,they increasingly get attention from various countries and regions.This paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of the competitiveness of film production enterprises,studies the evaluation methods of the competitiveness of Chinese film production enterprises,clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises in the market.It is of great significance to perfect the theoretical research of film production enterprises and promote the development of film production enterprises.This paper first combs the theory of enterprise competitiveness and chooses"diamond model" as the basal theoretical.Secondly,it combines the characteristics of the film production enterprises with their competitive environment,analyzes the factors that affect the competitiveness of Chinese film production enterprises.Thirdly,the paper designs and revises the evaluation index system of competitiveness,and then the index weight is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index of the competitiveness of film production enterprises system.Then,the paper choose 10 representative films in our country to make empirical study.Finally,it puts forward suggestions to Chinese film production enterprises and gives the direction of further research.According to the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese film production enterprises,this paper puts forward suggestions to enhancing competitiveness:attract investment,attract and cultivate talents,strengthen cooperation with other enterprises;increase investment of single film production,introduce advanced equipment and technology,optimize work process,film co-production actively;excavate Chinese culture and innovative film performance methods.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of Chinese film production enterprises.It concludes the main factors that influence the competitiveness of film production enterprises are scale,related resources,production capacity,market competitiveness,government support and cultural innovation ability.Some basic indicators of these enterprises are waiting to be developed,while some of the development indicators have exceeded the international level.
