Research On Comprehensive Museum Exhibition Evaluation System Based On Analytic Hierarchy Method

The good quality and high quality of museum exhibitions cannot be achieved without the construction of a scientific and systematic exhibition evaluation system.Due to the importance and particularity of comprehensive museums,they have unique advantages in meeting the needs of audiences,exerting educational functions,and inheriting history and culture.To a certain extent,they are the embodiment of a country’s image and soft power.Therefore,this paper intends to take comprehensive museums as the research object,aim at constructing a scientific and perfect museum exhibition evaluation system,use the analytic hierarchy process to build an exhibition evaluation model,select Shandong Museum as the evaluation object,and conduct empirical research on the evaluation index system.The innovation of the thesis is to apply the AHP to construct a museum exhibition evaluation system based on expert evaluation,the audience’s actual perception as the core,and the curatorial team’s self-evaluation as the supplement.There are six chapters in this paper:the first chapter is an introduction,including research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,research innovation,etc.the second chapter analyzes the principles and Construct the applicability of the exhibition evaluation system,and draw the conclusion that the AHP is the most optimal;the third chapter tries to clarify the development process and existing problems of the exhibition evaluation system of museums in my country,so as to summarize the construction background of the comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation system,basis and principles;The fourth chapter is about the construction of comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation system.Combining the research status and actual situation of comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation,a set of seven dimensions of museum exhibitions is constructed based on the method of sending questionnaires to experts to solicit opinions.Comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation index system.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index system,the Delphi method is used to optimize the evaluation index system,and the corresponding weights of each index are determined by the AHP,and then the comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation model based on the AHP is obtained.The fifth chapter conducts empirical research,based on the construction of comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation index system,adopts the method of audience questionnaire survey,and selects Shandong Museum as a research sample.The research results show that the comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process is scientific,reasonable,and highly operable,and can evaluate the quality of exhibitions objectively,accurately,and comprehensively.The construction of the exhibition evaluation system realizes the quantitative evaluation of museum exhibitions,and provides new ideas and methods for the future research on the comprehensive museum exhibition evaluation system.In the future,we should discuss the common problems reflected between exhibitions from a macro perspective,further explore the construction of exhibition evaluation systems,and provide more theoretical basis for improving the overall level of museum exhibitions.
