The mode of reforming the industrial heritage building into creative industrial space has been widely praised.The reasons for this situation have three points.The first one is that this mode provide good method to conservation and reuse of industrial heritage;the second one is the creative industrial cluster provide new mode for economic developing,with commercial value;the third is as the perfect combination product of history and modern,the creative space is the new landmark of the city,with urban public value and tourism value.The typical cases are 798 Culture Creative Park in Beijing,The Red-Brick Factory Creative Industrial Park in Guangzhou etc.Many creative parks were given tourism function due to its profound cultural heritage and outstanding creative characteristics to meet the tourism demand of seeking difference.But there are a few tourists in the creative park after opening.The traffic reveals the tourist attractiveness,so whether the creative space of industrial heritage has appealing and attractive element of what is worthy of further study.Although the tourist attractions have the appeal function,the tourist appeal depends on the process of tourist demand,which is a mental behavior formed by perception from the tourist to the tourist production.So,research on tourism attraction from the tourist demand perspective,can ultimately reveal the attractive elements.This paper takes the industrial heritage creative space as the research subject,from the tourist demand perspective to study its tourist attractiveness and its elements.And establish a tourist attraction model according to tourist demand theory,tourist attraction theory,heritage authenticity theory and nature of creative space based on industrial heritage.Among the model,"tourist emotion"," tourist aesthetics","tourist lifestyle" and "authenticity perspective" are the main factors.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is used in the research due to difficult quantity analysis to visitor preferences from a tourist perspective.This paper does empirical research to 1905 Cultural Creative Park,with establishment of index evaluation system and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the attractiveness scores of overall and each factor,thus confirm the attractiveness of creative space based on the industrial heritage,and verify that the tourism attraction model has practical significance.According to the results,overall appeal score is 3.699,between the degree of "general attract" and "attract",approximately "attract”.The scores of "Tourist aesthetics" and "tourist lifestyle" are above the "attract" degree.The scores of "tourist emotion " and "authenticity perspective" are between the degree of "general attract" and "attract",can be approximated to "attract",so tourism attraction model could be applied to the empirical research.Finally,Filter the main attraction factor according to the scores to propose strategies to promote the development of creative cluster.
