Study On The Development Strategy Of Cultural And Creative Industrial Parks In Suzhou Old Urban Space

Along with the rapid development of globalization and creative economy,the spatial structure and function of urban is changing fiercely.The culture creative industry research and urban space research become an important proposition of urban development.As the gathering and developing carrier of culture creative industry,the formation,development and evolution of industrial park is not only the direct reflection of social economic form and urban spatial structure change,but also the important power source of revitalization of the city and the continuation of the history.In its development progress,Suzhou cultural and creative industrial park presents the enthusiasm of old building reconstruction on its space base and the feature of urban gathering on its space distribution.It's the creative industrial park's ‘choice' to urban space.Meanwhile,as the city function body implanting to urban space,creative industrial park is bound to influence urban renewal.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the two and how to use the urban space feature to push the development of creative industrial park so as to push the urban space update better is the key we study in this paper.Firstly,this paper analyzes the scope,feature of Suzhou urban space and its development relationship with creative industrial park through analyzing the evolution of Suzhou urban space and the general situation of Suzhou creative industrial park.Because of the relationship between creative industrial park and urban space on economy,society,culture and space,its development can update Suzhou urban space on these aspects,which may play a positive role through the benign development of the two.Then,divides types of creative industrial park through the perspective of producing way,land use scale,function format and development management.And this paper includes the creative industrial parks in Suzhou urban space to analyze its feature.Under the guidance,chooses some creative industrial parks as examples for deeper analysis and research and conclude the relationship of its developing situation and urban space,and then raises the problems it faces.Finally,for the above problems,the article puts forward development strategic which is aim to adapt to the urban development: ‘Standard + Guidance' construction space development strategic,‘Mining + Sharing' public space development strategic,‘Static + Dynamic' function format development strategic and ‘Perfection + Cooperation' management mode development strategic.
