The united front is one of the three big magic weapons of Chinese Communist Party to win the revolutionary victory, and the core work of revolution is regime work.During the anti-Japanese war period, how to utilize the united front strategy to found a revolutionary regime in an anti-Japanese base area was a primary task in front of the Shandong local party organizations where there was a lack of a mass base.Through observing the process of Chinese Communist Party's founding, expanding, and consolidating during the Anti-Japanese War in Jiaodong,we've founded that the"three-three" system democratic regime construction work in anti-Japanese base areas had played an extremely important role in the solidity of the political power in the new area.Especially in Jiaodong, where there was a lack of a mass base, but there existed a fierce conflict between the supported puppet, the die-hard forces, and the Chinese Communist Party, the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in politics had been ignited, through initially solving the general problems of the public."Three-three"system became increasingly normalized through reasonable system settings, thus widely absorbing the progress and the middle forces to the base areas democracy regime, which not only improved the administrative efficiency of the democratic regime, but also trained the cadres and enhanced the integrity of our cadres. It set up the democratic style for the mass and other anti-Japanese powers, and it contributed to a bright contrast with the bureaucracy corruption, complaints of the people in the enemy and the puppet regime,.It greatly united all the anti-Japanese forces in the base areas, consolidated the anti-Japanese national united front, stabilized the regime of the base areas, and strongly supported the durable resistance.
