The disabilities has attached great importance in national policy and local development planning, but the negative attitudes from the public have become the biggest obstacle to their social participation. As a successor to the future society, college students play an important role in the social participation of the disabled. However, research on the attitude to the disabled in China have found that, although the dual attitudes model continues to be the main framework, the study on modern educational psychology which emphasizes the rights of the disabled and highlights the education of children with disabilities is still not common. On one hand,China lacks a localized attitude questionnaire of disabilities,on the other hand,it is difficult to overcome the difficulty of matching the relevant concept words of "disabled people" by implicit association experiment.Based on the theory and research methods of attitude measurement, two studies were carried out in this paper.Firstly, based on the review, interviews and grading on the fluency of the questionnaire,we formed the initial questionnaire from three aspects, including cognitive, emotion and behavior. After the prediction,a formal questionnaire was formed.894 college students from four universities in the northeast, southwest and East China were selected to make a formal survey. The results showed that there were four factors in this questionnaire, namely,Social discomfort, emotional fragility, equal participation, and rights misunderstanding. Also, the re-test reliability, internal consistency reliability, content validity, construct validity, convergent validity and efficiency of the questionnaire were reach the ideal level, indicating that the questionnaire can be used in measuring attitudes towards disabilities. The investigation of the current situation of college students for the disabled found that college students have a positive attitude towards disabilities, which shows differences in demographic variables and contact experiences.Secondly, using the SC-IAT,we measured 70 students' implicit attitude to disabilities. The results show that the implicit attitude effect d is 0.56,and significantly higher than the neutral implicit attitude value of "0",which means that the college students generally have negative implicit attitude towards disabilities. The relationship between implicit attitude effects d and explicit score was 0.036-0.138,which indicates that the implicit attitude and explicit attitudes was expressed by different psychological structures, and supported the Double attitude modelIn conclusion, the purpose of the study is to guide the practice, through the analysis,we found the negative attitude of college students to disabilities, therefore the future study should seek ways to improve the negative attitudes, and college students should enhance the sense of ownership, actively participate in social activities related to people with disabilities...
