Analysis Of The Black-and-white Woodcuts Language

Woodcuts,as a form of independent culture,came into the world after papermaking technology and printing technology was invented by human being.It is like a pearl in the wonderful land of China.Black-and-white woodcuts,as the most common and basic category of the woodcuts art,comparing to other categories,it is much easier to be made,but has abundant art language,flexible and various technique of expression,strong conflict between black and white.Besides,it is bright,pure,general,with high aesthetic and appreciation value.This article will start the study with the form of black-and-white woodcut culture,following withpractice and exploration,being combined with personal feeling during working on "The Agritourism",and making analysis on the language of the black-and-white woodcuts.
