Research On The Use And Design Of The Concept Of Fang Yuan In Dark-red Enameled Pottery

"The concept of fangyuan" is one of the important content of the traditional cultures in our country, it is mainly manifested by the following four aspects:the universe cognition of a square earth and spherical heavens, the tendency of the ritual of the universe creation, the harmony of survival within the idea and the thought of metaphysical philosophy. Historically, The concept of fangyuan was reflected in many aspects in life,especially in painting, calligraphy, architecture, etc.The concept of fangyuan went through and affected our life. Pot is the common objects in our life. It is not only a simple object in life but also an important media through which people can think of the harmony of heaven and earth, ritual, and behavior in life. Dark-red enameled pottery, as the representative of pot, is always collected and fondled by literatus over time. The concept of fangyuan is reflected in the process of development of dark-red enameled pottery because of the participation of literatus.This paper expounds the basic concepts and contents of fangyuan.At the same time,it also analyzes the effects of fangyuan concepts on the embodiment and aesthetic characteristics of the calligraphy, painting, architecture, etc. Through the main idea of the concepts of fangyuan, this paper describes in detail the materials of Dark-red enameled pottery, model, arts, the feelings of people, the interactive aspects between people and objects by reference to four aspects of " qi and rhyme, birth, moving",especially the application of model and exquisite arts. The purpose of this paper is to clarify and analyse the theory in the aspect of design of dark-red enameled pottery in order to give some reference to its designers.
