With the vigorous development of the world heritage tourism,the business card of world heritage is used to promote the development of local economy,which has become the development strategy of the local government.The world heritage as a world-class tourism resource,once entering in the world heritage list,which will greatly enhance its reputation and popularity,and become preferred tourist destination of international tourists.Heritage brings to the local government is not only the fund pressure of development and protection,but also more benefit in return.Huge economic benefit of world heritage makes the local governments step into the line of world heritage designation.However,if each region suits to choose the road of heritage declaration,if this road can promote the development of local economy.In order to reach the standard of world heritage,the various policy measures taken by the local government will involve many stakeholders and affect to the interest of all stakeholders.So studying the stakeholders' perception of the influences of world heritage inscription that helps to comprehensively measure its effects.So this article takes the World Cultural landscape of Wutai Mountain as an example,studying the impacts of designation.As living long-term in heritage sites,residents are most familiar with the process of declaration,they have the most direct and the most profound feelings.As directly service object of heritage sites,visitor is the most directly perception body.So basing on the reference for present situation of the domestic and foreign research and combining the local actual situation.Article chooses the perspective of heritage sites' residents and tourists to comprehensively measure the effects of heritage designation as much as possible.At the same time,some factors that affect perception are analyzed.In view of the problems arising from the survey results,puts forward the corresponding improvements.Article adopts the way of interview and questionnaire and uses T-test,Correlation Analysis,ANOVA analysis to process data.The results show that residents have positive attitude for the positive influences of heritage designation,people generally agree to positive influences brought by heritage inscription in the scenic area's tourist resources and the residents' living environment.In view of the economic impact of heritage designation,residents in support of its pull function on the local macroeconomic,but involving residents' substantial benefit,the perception presents greatly differences.From the perspective of tourists,the results show that the tourists' degree of satisfaction rise generally,they are more willing to recommend the scenic spot to others.Tourists generally agree to positive influences in the tourism resources and environment,social attention and infrastructure services,but thinking that the sanitary condition of the accommodation has not been greatly changing during the before and after of heritage designation.The study also confirmed that the residents' degree of dependence on tourism and whether the relocation of residents have significant effect on residents' perception of economic influences of heritage designation.But the gender and age of residents have little effects on residents' perception of the impacts of economic.And the level of income of tourists has a significant impact on tourists' the tourism consumption perception.
