This Paper will take the small miniature art training company – Ruifeng company as the research object,and empirical study of entrepreneurial marketing theory,through empirical study of Ruifeng training company marketing theory,analysis summed up the characteristics of small miniature art training company locates the market,and is suitable for small miniature art training two has the potential for the development of the company's biggest market.In the process of thesis writing,to the enterprise operation environment is analyzed.In the analysis of the internal environment mainly use the five models,when carries on the analysis of external environment mainly use the theory of profit and loss balance analysis theory and the analysis of the operating costs.In the environment of the object of study on the preliminary analysis,and use of 4 p's theory to the research object of marketing mix further research,analysis summarized the advantages and disadvantages existing in the marketing.In Switzerland abundant company after the combination,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of Ruifeng company customer base for the further investigation,mainly for customers when choosing training institutions of external factors,analysis of survey: family income level,gender,and propensity to consume will influence on the choice of the customer.Use of demographic variables on the customer to choose art analyzes the significance of training course,find it there is no significant difference,which can show the client in selecting art training courses has more complex process.The main research object of this paper is Ruifeng company,in carries on the marketing analysis,use a variety of market as background,concluded the main points of the small miniature art training company marketing,should not only have their own characteristics of operation mode,and to pay attention to the innovation of marketing strategy,follow the development of the market pace,let little tiny art training company can seize the opportunity,in incentive market competition to seek development.
