Based on the logical analysis of epistemic properties,Hintikka established the first system of epistemic logic at Knowledge and Belief in 1960s.On this basis, beginning the rapid development of epistemic logic.Since then, the epistemic logic has developed from the modal to the single subject and the multi subject, and the description of knowledge has gradually involved in the public knowledge, common knowledge, collaborative knowledge, shared knowledge and so on.However, while the epistemic logic has combined with the computer field, the field of economics, game theory and artificial intelligence,it has more and more attention, the limitation of Hintikka’s epistemic logic only characterize the static state of the scene has become increasingly prominent. As a result, the dynamic theory of epistemic logic came into being. The dynamic epistemic theory can well overcome this shortcoming,it is more suitable for the type of Hintikka to reflect and depict the changing process of epistemic state and initially in logic to realize the strict characterization of information update and belief change on the epistemic subject. This paper attempts to use public announcement logic to analyse the card game a and the puzzle of the Muddy Children, and then to analyse the characteristics of PAL system and technical details in processing information update. On the other hand, the article combines dynamic language to carry on the investigation to the actual case, then get the detailed dynamic analysis with the incomplete information condition for preference change caused by the change of belief. In addition, the main questions includes diversity of logical information and the relationship between logical theory and practice.
