Daizhen(1724-1777),whose first name is Shenxiu, also named Dongyuan, birthed in Xiuning county,Anhui province,is a famous scholar in Qing dynasty. This paper focuses on his ethics thoughts, through the study of Daizhen related works and research results of later generations,to explore the uniqueness of the ethics. The ethics of Daizhen is the process of Tiandao to true-life,he quotes "As we inherit the goodness of the Tiandao, and so is the man ",in the book of Yi."Shan" refers to the pure essence of good,"Xing" refers to the entity, they are not separate in Tiandao, that is entity is good. The distinction is made in People's Daily use,and then the general idea of "entity" can be summarized as the world of experience;"good" means values such as"Shan" and "Li"."Entity"and"good"as a proposition is similar to Hume problem, because the two comments imply the facts involve universally values, therefore ethics knowledge is possible.Daizhen thinks "good"is a good of an entity, which is not outside of an entity,so the values are given by the empirical world. And,the process of gaining values is also a process of finding inevitability from nature.Based on the philosophy of Daizhen, the main problems of this paper are:1,Daizhen values emotion and desire,he demonstrates three propositions around them, including"values exist in desires""values exist in emotion""value exists in the cross-consensus of people".This paper focuses on these propositions themselves and also focuses on how they are self-consistent.2,Dai's ethics is carried out in the field of modern moral philosophy.3,The adherence to the inner nature of good and evil, especially the "inner nature of evil",is a supplement to western modern moral philosophy.4,Daizhen's answer to Hume question.
