Lingnan Intangible Cultural Heritage "Helou dance" is a dance of Yao in Liantan Town,Yunan County for the celebration of the harvest and the sacrifice of the gods.It had existed in the Ming Dynasty Wanli years already.Since the formation of the dance,It has been spread for 400 years.It is a treasures of folk art left by the minority nationalities,containing the folk dance art feature of the ethnic minorities in the ancient South(Liantan area)with a unique local culture.Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage has gone through several forms of medium: one is oral history,the second is written records,the third is the graphics,image era(new media technology).But as a form of animation interpretation of the expression is less,animatio not only make people interested in novelty things,but also to promote the spread of intangible cultural heritage,perhaps the next generation of people is here.This essay through the "Yunfu(Lanzhai)Guangdong intangible cultural heritage arts and crafts exhibition" project design practice,combine the traditional intangible cultural heritage and visual communication to achieve innovative inheritance and protection.This essay is consisted of four parts.The first part explains the historical and cultural value of the "Helou dance" with the first and second chapters.The second part is the third chapter,Lingnan "Helou dance" the necessity of transmission,is the witness of farming civilization,therefore,its heritage and protection is particularly important;the third part is the forth chapter,The fourth part is the fifth chapter-design practice,"Helou dance" as the object of transmission,combined with the cross of the visual communication,the visual communication Development and information visualization,the "Helou dance" live heritage of the practice of design,the "Helou dance" image symbols,cultural symbols,from static to dynamic presentation,to live,change,continuous way to pass the history Culture,the tangible and intangible cultural heritage weaving as a whole to protect and achieve the purpose of sustainable heritage.
