Research On Compatible Protection Of Suzhou Traditional Villages

In the background of the development of the integration of urban and rural areas,traditional villages located in Suzhou are faced with the urbanization in the protection of environment,the production and cultural aspects of pressure and challenges,and there is an opportunity of update and improve the villagers living conditions and the village environment.Based on the principles of problem oriented,put forward reasonable solutions and countermeasures after understanding and analysis of Suzhou traditional village problems existing in the development and the protection,to adapt to the characteristics of village environment and diverse needs.The number,type and distribution of China's traditional villages have a unique local characteristics,in the analysis of the adaptation to the method theory of the protection of Suzhou traditional village,at the same time,also hopes to provide direction and reference for the protection of traditional villages with different cultural characteristics.Through the visit investigation in Suzhou traditional village and literature review,I found that there are some problems in the aspect of natural environment construction and cultural landscape of the village.The increase of construction land cause the pressure and destruction to the cultivated land and buildings of the village,and the adjustment of industrial structure makes a lot change in rural production and life style,rural labor force transfer to the service industry rapidly.Modern production and life style provides convenience to people's life,the production methods are replaced with modern and large-scale mechanical production,but the village is only remain the shell of the building when the traditional mode of production disappeared.For the problems arising from the traditional village,there are many methods of protection is proposed to solve these contradictions.But a lot of methods paraphrase the model of cultural heritage and the protection of rural villages are not fully applicable.Mainly embodied in the relationship between protection and development is not clear,the village characteristic differences are ignored,and contradictions between traditional and modern needs and so on.According to the problem of Suzhou traditional village development and protection,on the basis of the characteristics of village environment,puts forward the protection methods to adapt to the village characteristic from two aspects of history and culture.The compatible protection of space environment is from a macro historical style to medium space form to micro architectural space.The adaptive protection of historical and cultural is divided into static and dynamic retention of inheritance.In view of the contradiction between the traditional and modern needs of villagers,solving the problems of the physical environment protection,cultural production recovery and villagers live ascension.We need to adjust the planning layout and control the construction land,preserve cultural authenticity and reshape the production activity.Because villages are the stakeholders,so we should try our best to meet the needs of their quality of life on the basis of historical and cultural protection.On the application of protection method,combining with the actual situation of Suzhou traditional village,provide some direction for the protection of other villages.
