A Study On Relationship Among Dispositional Optimism,social Support And Employment Anxiety Of University Students

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,the annual total number of graduate students gradually increased,coupled with the economic downturn,the overall form of employment of college students is more severe in the current fierce competition in the competition,many college students are showing The more obvious psychological anxiety of employment.College students employment anxiety of this subject,has been a lot of scholars and the community's attention.The results of previous studies have shown that the level of individual optimism is closely related to the anxiety of employment and has shown that social support is negatively correlated with employment anxiety,that is,the more people who receive social support,the lower the anxiety of employment.On the basis of previous research,this paper takes the optimism level of college students as the independent variable,the social support as the mediator variable and the employment anxiety as the dependent variable,and deeply discusses the relationship between the students' dispositional optimism,social support and employment anxiety,For the school on the employment guidance of college students to provide recommendations to help students reduce the sense of employment anxiety,which can better achieve employment.In this study,492 college students were selected as the subjects,using social support rating scale,life orientation test-revised edition,college graduates career anxiety scale,through the data descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,independent t test,regression analysis,Get the following conclusions,(1)The overall level of college students' dispositional optimism is at a moderate level,and there is no significant difference in the gender variables of account type and grade,and there are significant differences in professional and sex population variables.(2)The social support of college students and the factors are located on the middle level,social support in the the grade of this demographic variables there is no significant difference,and social support in the objective support factors and support thedegree of gender in this variable There are significant differences,while the social support in the objective support factors in the account type of this variable there is a significant difference.(3)The employment anxiety of college students is at the middle level,and there are no significant differences in the factors of employment and anxiety in the gender.There are significant differences between the two factors in the professional and grade,Support in the type of account is significant.(4)College students dispositional optimism,social support and employment anxiety related to the two,and the relationship has reached a significant level.There is a significant positive correlation between college students' dispositional optimism and social support scores and their dimensions.There is a significant negative correlation between college students' dispositional optimism and employment anxiety and their dimensions.College students' social support and various factors and employment anxiety Sense and its various dimensions were significantly negative correlation.(5)College students dispositional optimism and social support can significantly predict employment anxiety.In the multiple regression analysis,we find that the optimism of the college students' employment anxiety level and its dimension are significant.In the multiple regression analysis,the social support and subjective support,objective support and support utilization are the significant predictive effect on the total score of employment anxiety in social support scores and various dimensions as predictive variables and employment anxiety dependent variables.(6)Social support plays a mediating role in dispositional optimism and job anxiety.
