Research On Xi Jinping's Cultural Security Concept

The prosperity of culture results in the prosperity of a country,and vice versa.Thus culture can be regarded as the root of country's or a nation's survival and development.Peace and development are the themes of the present era and the possibility of war outbreak seems rather low.AS military security is increasingly consolidated,cultural security issues become more and more prominent.Currently,information technology and network technology develop rapidly,intercultural exchanges between countries are becoming more frequent and the degree of cultural interaction has gradually deepened.We face the fruits of civilization as well as a huge cultural security issue.Maintaining cultural safety plays a decisive role in the construction of cultural security in China,which not only analyzes the factors that affect cultural security,but puts forward practical strategies and countermeasures.More importantly,it focuses on guiding the rationale for the maintenance of cultural security to provide ideological guidance.Since the 18 th National People's Congress,Xi Jinping stands in the forefront of the times and he grasps the historical direction of a series of cultural security on new ideas and theories.On the basis of previous theory of cultural safety,this paper attempts to analyze the formation and development of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept,the main content and theoretical characteristics,and then the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept it,with a view to safeguarding China's cultural security to provide reference and guidance.This paper has four parts:The first part contains the formation and development of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept.This part mainly introduces the background,and theoretical resources as well as the development process of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept.The second part is the main content of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept.It mainly discusses the basic meaning,solid foundation,the main way,strategic objectives,external security,value orientation of the six aspects of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept.The third part mainly deals with the theoretical characteristic of Xi Jinping's cultural security view,to enrich the national security concept,attach importance to the safety of network culture,and promote the fine culture of traditional Chinese culture of new ideas as a clue.The fourth part is the contemporary value of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept.This part mainly reveals the theoretical and practical value of Xi Jinping's cultural security concept from the following six aspects: Marx's view of culture,cultural security thought of the Communist Party of China,a new field of cultural security in China,the maintenance of national cultural security,consolidate the ruling status of the party,realize the dream Chinese aspects.
