On The Characterization And Expression Of The Characters In Zhou Sicong's Painting The People And The Premier

In this paper,Zhong Sicong's masterpiece,The People and the Prime Minister,was taken as the research object,which takes the shaping of artistic image and performance of the people in the picture as the research perspective.Based on the background and process of the creation of The People and the Prime Minister,this article consists of two parts,which studies and analyzes the typical characters in the works.The first part is about the development of Zhou Sicong's art and the emotion for which he created the theme of the masterpiece.The accumulation of the skills and emotional foundation results in his work The people and the Prime Minister.The second part is about how Zhou Sicong came into the Xingtai's earthquake zone and collected the creative materials,which tells the real details that are obscure to most people.By taking the typical people for an example,this article studies its characters creation and artistic expression forms.Through the comparison of characters and images,this paper analyzes Zhou Sicong's creative ideas and studies the construction of his painting language.It is found that in the creation process Zhou paid particular attention to the authenticity of the characters,and the real feelings of the characters,and that Zhou Sicong's use of the ink is centered on the characters' emotion.In the end,this article sums up the artistic height of The People and Premier and its inspiration to the contemporary painters.
