Discussion On Rawls' Political Construction Theory-from The View Of Kantian's Moral Construction Theory

Before publishing his political construction theory,Rawls expounded and proved the features of constructivism existed in Kantian's moral philosophy;then,he proposed an ideology of “Kantian-type Constructivism”.One this shall be clarified that Rawls' theory “Kantian-type Constructivism” is not a theory made by Kantian but a theory in Kantian style.That is Kantian-type Constructivism under the view of Rawls shall not be considered as a theory made by Kantian.Actually,“Kantian-type constructivism” is a political theory made by Rawls,which is a foundation of “political constructive theory”.For Rawls,politics is his final target and scope.Therefore,Rawls needed to re-understand and re-explain Kantian's moral theory,with the transcendental part abandoned,as well as the part which is metaphysical.Then,Rawls re-shaped a Kantian-type moral philosophy which is applicable for political philosophy.Rawls deeply knew that only Kantian-type moral philosophy could provide support for his political constructive theory.This paper is to talk about how Rawls expounded and proved Kantian-type constructivism based on Kantian's moral theory,how to transit to political constructive theory from Kantian-type constructivism.Then,this paper analyzes what was inherited from Kantian's moral theory and what kind of change was made.At last,this paper shows the writer's attitude to a series of Rawls' theories.
