The Current Our Country Marriage Fragile Change Of Ethical Review

The divorce rate of China is getting higher and higher,the number of divorces is increasing and the divorce proportion is increasing year by year at present,which reflects the transformation of modern ideas.Furthermore,the freedom of marriage embodies the social progress,however,the unstable marriages and broken families also reflects the new contradictions and problems between families and society from another side,which is not conducive to social harmony and stability.In addition,the harm caused by divorce is not only for both spouses,but also a great harm to their children.Previous researches have shown that divorced families are not conducive to the physical and mental health development of minors.Meanwhile the material life of the child-rearing will be reduced,the spiritual education will be more lacking,and the absence of fatherly love or motherly love will have a very harmful impact on the growth of minors' education after divorce.The children of divorced families are easy to extreme psychological,and more likely to embark on the minor stage of the crime path.Therefore,it is important to appeal to both spouses to treat marriage seriously and rationally lifting the marriage.Marriage is a social relationship.From the perspective of ethical analysis,a stable marriage is conducive to increasing the couple and the whole family members of happiness,which is also conducive to the establishment of a socialist harmonious society.For the current phenomenon of marital instability increased year by year,ethics can play a disciplinary advantage,which guides the correct concept of marriage.Based on the ethical point of view,this paper analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the current divorce rate,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.At present,the main reason for the increase of divorce rate in China is that the divorce rate of rural households is increasing due to the increase of social mobility and so on.Because of the change of the concept,the influence of the current social values and the enhancement of the independent consciousness have become another impetus to the divorce rate.In addition,living habits,personality differences,family violence also lead the rising divorce rate.In view of the above special problems,the author puts forward some suggestions.First of all,colleges and universities can strengthen the education of college students to establish the correct view of love and marriage,and guide the young people tocorrect the concept of marriage.Additionally,from social education to guide young people to translate love to the successful marriage state,marriage should be treated with caution,and the couple should be more understanding of communication.Then,from the social point of view to strengthen the promotion of the correct values of marriage,guide and train couples live in harmony,and the establishment of appropriate social service agencies to mediate the relationship between husband and wife.Finally,from the legal point of view to popularize understanding of marriage law to the public,the correct understanding of marriage,and actively promote the harmonious socialist concept of marriage and family.Overall,marriage is the need to operate,and the balance is a good point to deal with the marriage relationship.Marriage balanced view can help us to face the marriage itself correctly and find a good person for the body and soul.From the ethical point of view,the author has carried on a series of inquiry and analysis to the marital question,advocates the accurate understanding marriage,and positively promotes the socialism harmonious marriage view.There are five parts in this research.The first part is the introduction,including the reasons and significance of the topic,research background,domestic and foreign research status and research ideas and research methods.The first chapter is an overview of the current marriage and its fragility,through the interpretation of the fragility of marriage and vulnerability of marriage to summarize the fragility of the problem of marriage.The second chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the fragility of marriage under the ethical perspective,through the macro-level and micro-level analysis of the fragility of marriage to analyze the phenomenon.The third chapter is the harm of fragile marriage and the significance of establishing a stable marriage,through the analysis of the adverse effects of fragile marriage to illustrate the significance of the establishment of a stable marriage.The fourth chapter is to protect the stability of marriage ethical thinking,through the ethical point of view,the guidance of marriage view of Marxism,legal and institutional improvement,which guides to ensure the stability of marriage actively.
