Homosexual phenomenon has always been existing in the history of human social development, which has been suffering severely the oppression of discrimination and misunderstanding in this process. In today's society with emphasis on the protection of human rights, for the Chinese how to deal with the issue of homosexuality correctly, from the ethical moral review of homosexuality, is it able to explore the universal ethical principles meeting the nature of Chinese society. The main content of this paper is the ethical reflection on the emotional problems of homosexuality, which has a total of three parts:The first part illustrated the status and living conditions of the homosexuality in the history through brief introducing the developmental history of homosexuality, and then it briefly introduced to China's current living conditions of homosexuality. The second part is the core of this paper, with a total of three layers of contents, i.e. from the homosexual love, the homosexual sex and the homosexual marriage rights:The homosexual love: The homosexual love is different from the traditional love. Through the comparison with the traditional love in terms of the form and essence, it tried to prove the ethical rationality of this kind of love and its reasonable range, and whether it is in compliance with basic human values. The homosexual sex: In the great heterosexual dominant social environment, the pursuit of sex is a natural human way of sexual expression which is a reflection of instinct. In contrast, the homosexual orientation is free expression of sexual power for human and it is an active expression. Through the basic principles of ethics, it explored the ethical boundaries of sexual power and freedom in ethics. The homosexual marriage: The homosexual marriage is legal in only few countries and areas in the world while illegal in most countries. Its impact on traditional ethics is what people cannot accept, first of all, it is contrary to natural law, and secondly, it deviates from social norms and codes of conduct, finally, it subverts the traditional family ethical values. Also it is faced by these four practical problems, the first one, the problem of rights and obligations between partners, the second one, the problem of no way of normal fertility, the third one, parenting issues for family of homosexual marriage, . These issues above all constitute a challenge to legalize the homosexual marriage. The last part attempted to proceed from the basic principles of ethics to investigate the ethical values set by the treatment of homosexuality in today's society and social norms against homosexuals and their own moral constraints of homosexuality. Finally, the society should give more freedom, understanding and tolerance to homosexuals, and establish correct ethical values to treat them. At the same time, homosexuals should also strengthen their own moral constraints and control their desire.
