The paintings' forms and contents are diverse,and the artists narrate the changes of times through their own experience.Under the trend of globalization,cultural integration is inevitable.In different periods,every culture represents a wide range of group consciousness.The collision and communication under different ideology produced more outstanding works of art.This paper,taking the watercolor paintings' development of the Meiji era as the main research object,carrying on comparative analysis with the development of Chinese watercolor painting,to explore the process of evolutions,to discusses the Japanese watercolor trajectory,and then to provide experiences and lessons for the improvements of Chinese watercolor painting system.
