The Reform Of England's Trade Organization In Tudor Period

The Tudor period(1485-1603)was an important turning point in British history,during which Britain's overseas trade flourished.The profits from commerical companies become an important basis for the future development of capitalism,making the British dominate the world as the number one industrial in the modern times.Commerical companies play a key role in the Tudor period,the intial form of trade is individual,at last change to organization.The process of evloution is also a process of increasing efficiency.The final establishment of joint-stock companies is not only an innovation in the field of trade,but also a blueprint for future corporate organizations.This article mainly discusses the change of trade organization in Tudor period from three chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the main trade organization form before the Tudor dynasty.At first,mostly for the individual trade,and because of the limitations of navigation technology for the development of land trade,later learned from the experience of other European countries,while in order to avoid the risk of gradually formed business groups and access to concessions.The second chapter discusses the main franchise companies,the contract companies and the joint-stock companies,through the study of the formation process and trade development of the two to explore how the trade organization changes.The third chapter summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the joint-stock company and the economic development of the Tudor dynasty.The form of shareholding system is conducive to the flow of funds and to raise,and stimulated the development of multiple economic fields.But the shareholding system is not perfect,in the development process there are some problems.
