Diversified Performance Of Contemporary Percussion

Percussion family has been generally accepted as the most various instrument types, the most colorful timbre, and the most novel playing style. As we all known,the traditional percussion performance type includes: Solo Percussion, Percussion Duo and percussion concerto. With the development of percussion history, percussion performance type has already gone much further from traditional way of performance,beyond its timbre change, combined with electronic music or even "Non-instrument",afresh interpretation how special and charm of the percussion state performance, thus brought a brand new visual experience, as well as auditory experience to the audience.This project is taking two pieces of my graduation concert "One Study One Summary" and "Garage Drummer" as examples to discuss on diversified performance of contemporary percussion.
