The Research On Li Zehou's "Historical Noumenon"

"Li Zehou thinks that the overall process of human practice and life is 'history',the fundamental,and the last reality is 'noumenon','Historical Noumenon' means that,the overall process of human practice and life is fundamental and the last reality."Li Zehou's theory of historical noumenon focuses on the living people settling down and getting on with their pursuit.So Li Zehou's philosophical thought is presented in the living people's vision.From the ontological point of view,"Historical Noumenon" means the "Noumenon" in the overall process of human practice and life "gradually" emerging and guiding;And from the epistemological point of view,"Historical Noumenon" means human practice and life"gradually" constructing and improvingFrom the point of view that "transcending the limited individual life",Li Zehou's noumenon has "transcendence".But from the historical,human being point of view,Li Zehou's noumenon doesn't go beyond human experience.Li Zehou's "noumenon" has "dual integrity",that is the unity of movement and static,the unity of relativity and absoluteness,the unity of experience and super-experience(transcendental).Similarly,"Historical noumenon"is characterized by "dual integrity".The "noumenon" has the characteristic of "One world"and is not divided into "noumenon" and "phenomenon"------"Two worlds" like Western tradition.Li Zehou thinks that this is the characteristic of traditional Chinese culture and philosophy.In contrast to the modern new Confucian's "up and down" longitudinal thinking system,Li Zehou's thought can be considered as "before and after" longitudinal type,"History establishing ration,experience changing into transcendental,mentality becoming noumenon",nor is it a plane one.This "noumenon" requires the practice of people to construct,not the kind of "Ideal of the world"------the scheduled noumenon.The theory of historical noumenon provides a possibility of a new theoretical paradigm."Du Noumenon" is "the way of realization" of "Historical Noumenon","Qing Noumenon" is "the way of presentation" of "Historical Noumenon".And "Du Noumenon"and "Qing Noumenon" are the same,they are different forms of "Historical Noumenon".In describing the "Du Noumenon",Li Zehou seems to treat it as the theory of practice,and in the discussion of "Qing Noumenon",he seems to treat it as the theory of realm.Although the"Historical Noumenon" is both noumenon,practicing and realm.The inner requirement of Li Zehou 's philosophical thought's coherence,and Li Zehou's intention of system construction,make the appearance and elucidation of f"Historical Noumenon" become more and more inevitable,and it becomes a concept governing the whole philosophical system of Li Zehou.At the same time,"Historical Noumenon" reveals the essence of Li Zehou philosophy,so it is enough to play this role.Importantly,"Historical Noumenon" provides a way to combat nihilism for the living individual while at the same time not falling into absolutism,that is the core concern of Li Zehou's philosophy.The idea needs to be perfect,but the possibility is worth for sure.The core meaning of historical noumenon is a process from the instinctive sensibility to the rational and at last to the condition united sensibility and ration,that is,through history,personal free life more and more manifests in the process,so history is in a ontological status.
