Research On The Technical Ethic Problems Caused By The Development Of Robot

The development of modern robots is based on the theme of science and technology,and robots have been evolving under the support of science and technology.However,any kind of technology has two sides,including both "good" and “bad” aspects,so it is the same with the development of robots.When robots bring benefits for mankind and the society,there also exists all kinds of problems,such as the social and ethical issues,the safety responsibility,legal issues,policy issues,ecological problems.Facing these problems,we can't turn a blind eye and a deaf ear.On the contrary,we should take measures and adopt strategies actively so that we can solve these problems and promote the better development of robots.In 2014,President Xi pointed out the development of the robot is likely to be the breakthrough point of the "third industrial revolution",and China will usher in the golden age in the development of robots in the next few years.In 2015,Chairman Xi clearly pointed out that the robot technology will not only become an important symbol of scientific and technological innovation,but also become the newly-raising industry that leads to the future of information technology and intelligent road in the world robotics conference.While robots are developing vigorously,it is inevitable to cause several ethical problems.However,we should lead robots to develop in a good direction and robots can make due contributions to human beings.This article,with robot ethics as the theoretical support,focuses on analyzing the technical ethics issues that were brought by the development of robots,it mainly includes artificial intelligence technology,bionic technology and robot interactive technology.In order to solve these ethical problems caused by technology,the thesis gives proper measures from the technique,policy and law,government and people,which can make the robots develop better.Finally,the thesis explores the future development direction and road from the "things turn",ecological centralism,Kant's "deontology" three levels.Besides,the future development of robots should be achieved with the highest kindness and a kind of the harmony with man.
