Study On The Artistic Features Of Li Shixiang's Vocal Music Works Of Prairie Style

Targeted on the music works with prairie style that composed by Li Shixiang and started with the aspects from his works' thematic origins and its expression forms,the composition of its themes and the techniques of melodic development,the characteristics of applying polyphony that coexisted with generality and individuality,and the composing techniques with accompaniment of pianos,this paper conducted an in-depth and concrete study and analysis on Li Shixiang's works from the perspective of composing techniques;and made conclusion,reorganization and analysis from the lateral,vertical,macro and micro views which mainly from the aspects of the development forms of melodic lines,the presentation and expansion of Mongolian folk songs in melodies,the ethical tunes adopted by singer and his choosing of organizational forms in piano accompaniment,and his application of nationalized harmonic language with the reference of modern harmonic languages.All these are for comprehensively excavating the techniques of prairie-style songs that Li Shixiang composed that developed and created from Mongolian traditional songs,and exploring the national complex that's from the music and the traces of Mongolian traditional songs,to try to fully present the features of Li Shixiang's composing style in his vocal music.His innovative,developmental and creative techniques upon traditional music by applying the national musical elements with reference of western art songs in melodies,harmonic intervals and tunes extend the prospects of "original songs with prairie style" in some ways,which also provides an opportunity to spread various form of prairie-style music genres,and bring them into the public eyes.
