Study On The Development And Protection Of Traditional Villages In Tibetan Area Of Sichuan

As an important part of historical and cultural heritage protection development,conservation and the sustainable development of traditional villages are gradually become the important questions of good human settlement environment construction in the local economic sustainable development in the new period.In western Si Chuan Tibetan region left a number of typical national characteristics of material and intangible cultural heritage,but in recent years,with the continuous development of urbanization and new rural construction,many traditional villages are subjected to different degrees of damage.In this situation,the main problem need to solve is how to protect traditional village cultural heritage and realize the village economy development.In this article,on the basic of reading the history,ethnic,geography,economic,social and others books,using the method of field investigation,literature study,AHP and other methods to make study on the four batch of western Si Chuan Tibetan areas,a total of 55 on to the list of Chinese traditional village's protection and current situation of development on the overall and comprehensive value;then Moluo Dan Ba county,for example,to carry out specific analysis on protection and development of traditional villages.Hoping to provide reference and consultation on the basic of these.The viewpoints and the conclusion is as follows:(1)The traditional of western Tibetan villages can be divided into the low valley village,mountainside gentle slope platform type village,plateau mountain village.(2)Si Chuan western traditional villages' historical and cultural value of comprehensive value of impact in western Si Chuan Tibetan traditional villages in 6 factors in the main position,the weight value is 0.4426,followed by other artistic value,scientific value,social value,emotional value and economic value.(3)In western Si Chuan traditional villages,xisuo and zhongdui village with lowland valley village has a good protection and development condition,followed by state jiasiman and miao village with mountainside gentle slope platform village,the last place is the demon blight,arlo gong village in the kind of plateau mountain village;Factors affecting traditional village conservation and mainly for the geographical location,traffic conditions and the economy dependency;Protection and development the Si Chuan western traditional villages,on the one hand,in the following presentations,diversity,under the premise of adjust measure to local conditions,the principle of sustainable,low valley villages expanding rural tourism moderate development,mountainside gentle slope platform villages developing ecological tourism,plateau alpine villages developing education tourism;On the other hand,in the true,the principle of integrity and technology appropriate minimum intervention,to repair the old as sweet on material culture heritage,appropriate protection measures of the renovation,to move on intangible cultural heritage,cultural heritage museum and the protection measures of protection of people.(4)The moluo village is the behalf of the low valley village,protecting and developing of muluo village,on the one hand,the traditional style,the ancient residential towers,ancient room and other material and cultural heritage and adult ceremony,such as housing construction skill take continuity to protect intangible culture;On the other hand,by improving the village parking lot,tourist trails,accommodation and other infrastructure and politics,academia,media and their own hematopoietic way to promote the development of the village social economy.
