Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of The Protection And Tourism Development Of The Qiang Traditional Village In Luobozai Village In Wenchuan County

Traditional villages are the fresh carrier of Chinese traditional culture and important rural tourism resources.They play an important role in implementing the rural revitalization strategy,promoting rural development,and realizing rural cultural and industrial revitalization.Its protection and utilization has always been a hot topic in the current academic research,and how to promote the coupling and coordinated development between protection and utilization and realize the sustainable development of traditional villages is the top priority in the research.Therefore,this paper takes the qiang traditional village of luobozai village as the research object,and tries to analyze the coupling,coordinated development and change characteristics between the protection of traditional villages and the tourism development of important utilization ways of traditional villages,so as to promote its sustainable development.The qiang traditional village in luobozai village is a typical traditional village of qiang people.The qiang culture is strong and the tourism development and utilization is early,which has the feasibility of research.This paper based on the analysis of the related research at home and abroad and qiang traditional based on actual development,construct the qiang traditional villages with the regional characteristic evaluation index system,the protection and tourism development and use of coupling coordination evaluation model,analyzed the luobuzai village qiang traditional villages coupling coordinated development between protection and tourism development characteristics from 2012 to 2019,and put forward to promote the coordinated development of radish village village coupling optimization control strategy,in order to realize its sustainable development.Research results show that:(1)the traditional qiang village protection and tourism development coupling coordination development evaluation system is a complicated system,it involves the heritage conservation,ecological environment and so on several aspects,need to build a legacy system,ecological system,social system and tourism system four big new layer,set up a distinct and to evaluate qiang traditional village coupled coordination development evaluation system of protection and tourism development.(2)from 2012 to 2019,luobuzai qiang traditional villages’ protection and tourism development target system comprehensive quality index and coupling coordination degree is low,and the overall trend of ups and downs in small,coupling coordination degree from 0.514 to 0.694,after a slow first slowly rising,the main obstacle factors involving social,ecological system to the legacy system,social system and tourism system transformation,and the quantity increase.(3)from 2012 to 2019,the comprehensive quality index,coupling coordination degree and major obstacle factors of the heritage,ecology,society and tourism systems have changed significantly.From 2012 to 2019,the comprehensive quality index and the coupling coordination degree of the heritage system showed an overall downward trend,and the coupling coordination degree changed between 0.467-0.874.The major obstacle factors also changed and increased in number.From 2012 to 2019,the overall quality index and coupling coordination degree of the ecosystem show an upward trend,and the coupling coordination degree changes between 0.077-0.893,and the main obstacle factors gradually reduce.At present,there are mainly problems in the operation and maintenance of ecological facilities.From 2012 to 2019,the comprehensive quality index and the coupling coordination degree of the social system fluctuated slightly,but the overall trend was on the rise.The coupling coordination degree changed between 0.112-0.884,and the main obstacle factors decreased significantly year by year from 2016.From 2012 to 2019,the comprehensive quality index and the coupling coordination degree of the tourism system showed a downward trend on the whole,and the coupling coordination degree varied between 0.380-0.834,with a large change trend and a large number of major obstacles.(4)the luobuzai qiang village coupled coordination development,protection and tourism development needs the government,social capital and the villagers three parties together to participate in,to eliminate obstacles factor,continuously consolidate ecological system and social system,optimized legacy system and tourism system,prompted four system coordination positive development,jointly promote radish village qiang traditional village coupled coordination development protection and tourism development.Among them,the development of ecosystem should be led by the government and villages,leading social capital to participate together.The development of social system should be led by the government and assisted by social capital.The heritage system needs to explore the cooperative mode of social capital,government and villagers.The tourism system should be dominated by social capital and involve the government and the villagers.Finally,based on various system and coupling coordination development timing characteristics analysis of the target system,from the legacy system,ecological system,social system and tourism system four layer,to continue to strengthen ecological system and social development and continuously optimized heritage for control system and tourism system,targeted for luobuzai qiang traditional village coupled coordination development regulation protection and tourism development strategy.
