At present,the urban public environment-oriented system is still the phenomenon of uneven benefit from different groups,that is,the guiding function does not take into account all the population,such as visually impaired groups,physical disorders,mental retardation.The city-oriented logo design ignores the needs of such people,resulting in its participation in public life in the process of information reception there are many obstacles.This is not only the impact of its physical and mental,nor conducive to the development of urban civilization.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of visual information accessibility design in urban-oriented design,constructs the barrier-free design specification of visual information in urban-oriented identification system,and achieves the achievement of the development of urban culture.This paper starts from the development background of the city-oriented system barrier-free design,the related overview and the visual reception ability and judgment ability of the obstacle population,and explores the influencing factors in the process of communication without information from the professional perspective of visual communication.Visual impairment as the main research object,in the analysis of its physiological characteristics and psychological needs,the sensory function of strengthening,complementarity as a paper research ideas.To develop a set of suitable for "people with disabilities" oriented design theory,visual information for the design and application to make a useful attempt.Hope in the future research,and gradually expand the research object to other vulnerable groups.To build a barrier-free public environment and the establishment of a harmonious society.
