In recent years,the incidence of group violence is on the rise throughout the world.The group violence is a serious threat to world peace and human public safety.Many tragic cases caused by group violence gave us deep warnings.It is necessary to research simulation and inference technology of civil violence to control it better.The group violence intervention can be regarded as the process of evolutionary game driven by the psychological mechanism in essence.Therefore,we proposed a simulation and deduction method of crowd behavior in group violence.This method is based on evolutionary game and psychological theory.It considers both the emotional contagion mechanism of the crowd and the evolutionary game mechanism of strategy to simulate complex crowd behavior in group violence.Specifically,we use the multiagent technology to build the basic computing framework of group violence.We build a hypothetical scenario of group violence and different types of the virtual agent group in the virtual human society.After setting basic properties of agents,we formulate corresponding rules of behavior interaction for different types of agents.The emotional change of agents will affect its stress movement.Therefore,we process emotional contagion mechanism of agents hierarchically in group violence.Considering the emotional contagion mechanism of the crowd and the evolutionary game mechanism of strategy,we update the calculation of emotional contagion in group violence.Then,aiming at the obvious game relationship between police and rioters in group violence,we use evolutionary game theory to update the strategy of agents to realize the mapping process of crowd behavior.The mapping process is the environment,perception,emotion,strategy and behavior in the order.With this process,we can deduce the development trend of group violence better.Finally,by simulation,we simulated the trend of crowd change under different initial conditions,analyzed the relationship between the emotional value of the agent and the development trend of the group violence,deduced the decision-making mechanism in group violence,analyzed the outcome of conditions between police and rioters.The experimental results indicated that this method can not only present the macro situation of group violence,but also portray the individual emotion infection mechanism and strategy evolution mechanism on the micro.This method provides theoretical support to understand the evolution process of the group violence comprehensively,predict the evolution of events and actively respond to the group violence.
