Research On Marx's Critique Of Private Property

The concept of private property is one of the core concepts of Marx' s thought,while previous researchers mainly focused on the disavowal of private property,on the relationship between alienated labor and private property and on the development and discard of communism and private property.Actually,there's nothing wrong with understanding the concept of private property from these angels,because Marx also studied it in the same way in the Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844.However,not only should we pay much attention to the argumentation about private property in the manuscript,but also put this concept into the category of all Marx's thought and then study it.Through the criticism to private property,this paper would elaborate the thought of human's liberation and free development.As a matter of fact,his criticism to private property also is to the human's relationship,to the understanding of human's living and developing status and to the future of human living.Marx's criticism to private property actually is to the private ownership,and through the criticism to it,he is positive to the private property in sense of private ownership and to individual.Similarly,due to the criticism to private property,human's free characteristic,independence and nature could be achieved.For human's independence period,it is the second stage of Marx's three stages human development.Owing to that we are in the second stage,Marx's criticism to private property has a certain meaning and value for us who are in the condition of market economy.This paper mainly includes three parts.For the first part,it argues that private property is not an antihuman concept since it has been produced.Form the very beginning,private property is the legitimate right for human to possess property.However,with the development of productivity and the relations of production,especially the development of capitalism,private property was controlled by a group of people,and they deprived others' right to possess property,and in this way,private property became the instrument governing the human.For the third part,it argues that Marx's criticism to private property from the angel of the contradiction between private property and society,the relations between it and human's essence and the development of communism.While from the point of the conversion of social material,comprehensive relations,various requirements and a comprehensive ability system,the third part mainly focuses on the meaning and value of Marx's criticism to private property for human's development.
