Hip hop movement in today's society has become one of the most popular sports,is widely popular.Now more and more people begin to contact in hip-hop,hip-hop,hip-hop and dance in the industry,has become a common phenomenon.From the hip-hop street dance gradually began to enter into the campus,a large number of Colleges and universities to carry out dance course in primary and secondary school will dance as the "second class" students become one of the most loved dance now.With the increase of the rapid development of economy and hip-hop events and other related activities,the development of China's water level occupation dance in compared with the past,there is a very rapid progress,not only in the number of hip-hop occupation Many,but also has a certain level of the dancer's level.Although in today's hip-hop development speed very quickly,but the introduction of China hip-hop late,whether in public or in the popularity of athletic training is still relatively lagging behind other countries.In the present study to study dance,most of the domestic general all concentrated in the humanities and social aspects,and to study the game and teaching dance training,less,coaches and teachers lack a theoretical basis in teaching and training.This paper researches on hip-hop movement through the surface EMG methods to provide a theoretical basis for the day after the dance teaching and training.This paper selects 15 hip-hop dancers as the test object,using the method of surface EMG acquisition 3 hip-hop movement(Thomas for two weeks,Fresno,bkbounce)of the 15 EMG signal,through the analysis of EMG signal,carries on the induction,calculation,analysis,summary,find out the working condition of muscle foundation movement in the street dance.The conclusions and suggestions are as follows(on the left side of the body as an example):1.Thomas two weeks muscles work from high to low is: posterior deltoid,anterior deltoids,triceps,biceps brachii,rectus abdominis,external oblique,brachioradialis muscle,erector spinae muscle.2.Thomas two weeks in the first action is activated is the brachioradialis,the last one is the activation of the rectus abdominis.Triceps,biceps,deltoid toe,deltoid,abdominal muscle,erector spinae muscle activation time have great differences in individual characteristics.3.Thomas muscle still appear large individual differences,all test objects have only the brachioradialis,external oblique,duration of erector spinae appears uniform,brachioradialis muscle and longest duration,rectus bottom second,duration of the erector spinae muscles between the shortest brachial.The triceps,biceps brachii,anterior deltoids,posterior deltoid,rectus abdominis and found no obvious regularity and unity.Personal habits and training and testing objects that may experience.4.fresno action in muscle contributions are: trapezius,deltoid,triceps,deltoid toe,biceps brachii,brachioradialis muscle,latissimus dorsi muscle,pectoral muscle.All the objects in the muscle activation sequence5.fresno action has very big difference,all test subjects have common features of muscle activation sequence.This may require testing object and habits and the action technique.6.fresno action test each muscle object duration is different,may be related to the test object training habits and actions,the Fresno action of short duration,with the fastest speed of muscle contraction,and then quickly relax,let all the muscles and shrinkage effect of the vibration may be explosive for muscle contraction the duration of each muscle,leading to the difference between the very small,plus personal habits,the individual differences.7.Bkbounce the muscles work are: the size of the vastus medialis,rectus femoris,gastrocnemius medial,lateral gastrocnemius,tibialis anterior,vastus lateralis muscle,gluteus maximus,unit two biceps.There was also a significant difference in the timing of muscle activation in all8.bkbounce objects,and no common features of muscle activation were found There was a large difference in the duration of each muscle in the 9.bkbounce test,which may be related to personal experienceRecommendation:1.Thomas training to strengthen the training of upper limb muscles,is essential to the quality stability of the shoulder joint and elbow joint action to complete,to strengthen the biceps deltoid and triceps muscles,and rectus muscle training.Brachioradialis muscle work smaller externaloblique paraspinal muscles in complete Thomas action,on may Thomas didn't have much effect.2.fresno action requires muscle contraction and relaxation of the instant fast ability and stability,at the completion of the action,trapezius muscle,triceps,deltoid muscle is the most obvious work,finish the major muscles,the usual training strengthen the triceps and deltoid muscle contraction ability,technical characteristics of stable.Fresno personalized training of the trapezius muscle obviously,the coaches should make suitable for their own training plan according to the individual characteristics of athletes.3.bkbounce simple action is easy,easy to learn,mainly in the legs around the cross movement,usually can spread muscle and thigh muscle training before make the action.Bkbounce is better stability by strengthening the leg leg after the hiphop dance is more suitable for mass.4.little surface electromyography study of hip-hop dance now domestic development,and not a set of effective analytical methods.We still need more study in the interception and analysis of data.The subjects of personal habits,is the thickness of subcutaneous fat,the impact of temperature and other factors,the measured muscle activity in different time and the test object in the action in the process of muscle activity has individual characteristics.In the training and teaching should be based on individual differences of athletes and their own characteristics,to be individualized.It differs from man to man..
