Dance science is a branch of human anatomy in the category of biology,and a new discipline formed by crossing disciplines such as sports and medicine.The principle of dance science is to study the relationship between bones and muscles in dance movements.Only the contraction and relaxation of skeletal muscles can generate movement in the human body.The completion of dance movements is driven by the contraction of skeletal muscles,thus pulling the bones around the joints.In a wide range of movement is the basic condition of dance,change action enriches the dance vocabulary,flowing movement is filled with infinite power,more add a dancer's body language expression,the extension of pure feeling throughout the course of the in dancer with solid skills superb dance filled the entire stage,gives unique charm dance dramas,with its beautiful picture,leave the audience with beautiful feeling.Typical movements are not only an important part of technique combination in the "Taolibei cup"dance competition,but also an indispensable part in dance teaching.In order to better help the dancer to open each joint of the body,it is necessary to strengthen the muscle strength training and improve the firmness of the movement conditioned reflexes,so as to ensure the high quality of the dance movement.In this paper,a category of rules is derived from the results of experimental data,which has a certain specificity for expansion.The author believes that dance science should find and solve problems from an innovative perspective,adopt other methods and strategies to further extend and expand the auxiliary training,and finally return to the basic dance training.Objective:through the real-time operation of surface emg,the results of surface emg data of dance majors in typical movements are calculated,and the time sequence of each muscle activation,the emg value and contribution rate of each muscle integral are obtained.Finally,the independent sample t-test analysis of emg data was carried out to calculate whether there was significance between the two groups of experimental samples.Finally,according to the differences between high and low level dance students,the weak muscle groups are strengthened with the help of auxiliary tools,and the training of transferring the bar to the combination of intermediate short sentences is strengthened,which is applied to the daily basic dance training,so as to enrich the dance teaching methods and methods.Experimental content:in this paper,16 students from the department of dance were selected as subjects to study the surface electromyography of muscle working in typical movements of Chinese classical dance.The US Delsys wireless surface emg testing system and emg signal acquisition software were used to collect the electrical signals of muscle moving units,and the 3D infrared high-speed motion capture system produced in Sweden was used for synchronous 3D camera testing.Results:through the typical Chinese classical dance action methods of data analysis,the author concluded the following results:(1)180 degrees before ring motion,to the next,high and low level of dance femoral muscle rectus integral value and contribution rate is the highest,and there are significant differences,specifically for the high and low level of dance students to complete the action of the specifications of the requirements and the corresponding shares rectus integral electrical values differences,differences in values by independent sample T test P value is less than 0.05 confirm is significant;The function of the rectus femoris and sartorius should be developed.(2)there was a significant difference between high and low level dance students when they performed a 180-degree circular motion-from side to back.The response was that there was a difference between the specification requirements of high and low level dance students and the corresponding integral emg value of gluteus maximus and sartorius muscle.There was a significant difference between high and low level dance students when they performed frontal sea exploration.The difference value was confirmed to be extremely significant by the detection of P value less than 0.01.There was a high correlation between the strength of biceps femoris and the level of high and low level dance students.In addition,gluteus maximus,right and left erector ridge and semitendinosus muscles were all found to be less than 0.05 by independent sample t-test,indicating significant differences.(4)there was a very significant difference between high and low level dance students when they were lying down on the side leg to receive the big shot,and the response was that there was a difference between the specification requirements of high and low level dance students and the corresponding sartorius muscle integral emg value,and there was a high correlation between the two.In addition,the t-test of the gluteus maximus and the left erector ridge showed that the P value was less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference.
